Our valuers are able to visit you at your home to undertake valuations on single objects or on the entire estates.
All of our valuation work strictly complies with industry standards and is fully insured.
Whether you are applying for Probate privately or using a solicitor, it is a time consuming affair and often fraught with difficulties. Our aim upon instruction is to visit clients or property as quickly as possible and deliver the final estate valuation report with the utmost priority.
As a matter of course, we itemise all marketable articles rather than give blanket values for entire contents.
All of our probate valuations are strictly comply with Section 160 of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984.
Where necessary, the final bound document can be illustrated with full colour photographs enabling quick identification of articles and multiple copies made for executors and beneficiaries at no extra charge. Upon request we can make any of our valuation work available as an electronic database. As part of our professional estate work, we can also arrange the full or part clearance of unsaleable items from estates. We use accredited and trustworthy contractors that will leave a property in a clean and marketable condition.

Our insurance valuations are concise and easy to read, with detailed property descriptions alongside their itemised values in category and location order. The bound document will include the provenance of items, a summary page, certificate of valuation, and full colour photographic representation of every article. In addition, all of our valuation work can be made available as an electronic database.
We offer two service levels for our Probates:
Standard Service - £200 +VAT
Fasttrack Service (48hours) - £350 +VAT
(Please note you can claim a full rebate of these fees if you consign your items to London Auctions with a value more than £5,000)
Insurance Valuations - £200 +VAT for initial visit plus £50 +VAT per additional hour
